Acceptable Stay with Issues
damaged doordirty couch
The room door was damaged so noise from the hallway was audible. I informed the management but nothing was done. Some temporary solution could have showcased goodwill from the hotel to address the complaint. The couch was moved a bit and there was dirt underneath.

The room was a Twin Room. It was very spacious! The breakfast was amazing with fresh gluten-free bread.

the location was acceptable and accessible by public transport.
The shower temperature was difficult to regulate. It was either scalding hot or took a long time for cold water to come through. the reception staff was unresponsive when i tried to call about this issue. also, the hairdryer had a confusing button layout that took me a while to figure out.

the double room was very clean i found it really bright the staff were nice and helpful i appreciated the convenient location it was near a tram stop and the underground it was useful because it's not really near any touristy stuff the breakfast was so good so many delicious options.
there wasn't much sunlight in the room it was a small room though

My Beautiful Room was very clean and big. The AC system functioned GREAT. I found the neighborhood safe and clean. The location provides easy access to public transportation, which I like VERY much.
i noticed the room door was slightly damaged so the noise was HEARD more than it should have been.

The hotel is near tram and metro stations, which are convenient. I saw many supermarkets and cafes close by. A beautiful, large park is also nearby providing a nice area for relaxation.

The staff was polite and ready to help me with all my questions. The receptionist gave me recommendations for restaurants. The service at the reception desk was fast. It was excellent.

i could enjoy a coffee machine and a stocked fridge in the room. There was a free safe in the room, which i liked very much. Access to the spa within the hotel was a super plus.
